Crimpers
The D105 series crimper’s have features and accessories that
make them the most productive and most economical
crimper that you can buy.
Capacity: 1 inch 2 spiral hose
1 HP 110V ValPower pump makes fast crimps anywhere in
your shop.
Fully adjustable micrometer style crimp adjustment
accommodates a wide range of hose and fittings. No shims
or spacers needed.
Metric (Direct Reading), Standard and "DC" Micrometers are
available on all "D" Series crimper’s.
Optional Die Storage shelf keeps dies organized and readily
available
Optional work light improves visibility in dark areas.
Automatic low voltage shut off assures precise crimps time
after time.
The small footprint (11 inches wide X 14 inch long base size)
allows the D105 to be placed anywhere on your bench.
Easily removable pusher and split dies make bent tube and
special fittings easy to get into the crimper.
The pneumatic remote switch can be operated anywhere with
no electrical wires going to the pendant
D100
The D100 Series Hose Crimper’s are the "go anywhere"
crimper’s with the power and portability to handle most hose
and fitting combinations up to 1 inch R12 hose.
The micrometer style adjustability of all of the "D" Series
crimper’s allows a wide variety of hose and fitting
combinations to be crimped to exact manufacturer's
specifications without the need for special shims or spacers.
The D100S (Stand Alone) Hose Crimper offers the ultimate in
portability. Separate pneumatic and manual 10,000 psi
pumps are available from Custom Crimp.
The D101S is configured for automatic shut off when used in
conjunction with a 1 HP ValPower electric dump pump.
(Pump is available separately)
The D100P (Pneumatic) Hose Crimper can be used wherever
a source of 80 psi air is available.
The D100H (Hand Pump) Hose Crimper with carrying case
and die storage included can be carried anywhere the job
demands. The D100H offers the same precision and
flexibility as all of the D100 models..
D105
The D205 series crimper’s are loaded with options and
features that take precise fully adjustable crimping to the next
level.
Hoses up to 2 inch 6 spiral hose can be crimped with optional
double angle (DA) dies.
The powerful 2 HP 220V single phase ValPower pump
provides all the power needed to complete crimps quickly and
accurately. (D206-110Volt and D205-220 volt 3 phase options
are available)
Micrometer style crimp adjustment accommodates a wide
range of hose and fittings. No shims or spacers needed.
Three styles of micrometers are available. The metric (direct
reading), Standard and "DC" micrometers provide a full range
of options to accommodate a wide variety of hose and fitting
types.

The CC Series with ACTTM controllers are designed for the
production shop where speed, accuracy and repeatability are
critical.
The fully programmable ACTTM
(Automatic Crimping Technology) controllers on these
crimper’s with the ability to sense the crimping "effort" make
accurate crimps possible the first time and every time.
A wide range of dies sets is available for each crimper and the
ACTTM controller remembers not only the crimp setting but
the die set as well.
All crimper’s come standard with a quick change tool for
quick and easy die changes and an optional stand with die
storage is available...
